We challenge you to be stronger, fitter and healthier through providing a high intensity strength & conditioning program. Or training programs are designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. Whether you’re already fit, or are making the decision to change today, we would love to see you challenging yourself in a way that you will be proud of.

Exist Fit – History

Established in 2014 – We started out in a small room in a surfboard manufacturers facility in August 2014 (photo below of first session crew). Following that we slowly took over adjacent rooms within the facility as we grew. We now have moved accross the road into a facility that fully caters to our needs and houses everything required to foster a comprehensive training environment, see photo above.

Exist Fit – Owners

Josh D. – Head Coach

I’m a civil engineer and strongly believe that fitness should be an important factor in anyones life. I have two kids and a beautiful wife who coaches the afternoon sessions. I was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and quickly became addicted to both the fitness program and the strong community aspect of group training. In 2014 an opportunity to open up our own facility with my brother arose and we grasped it with two hands. Since training in a group environment I’ve made so many great friends and as I continue on this journey I’m sure I’ll make many more.

Ben D.

I run a swimming pool renovation company, which specialises in fibreglass liners. I also have two kids and a beautiful wife. My brother, Josh, introduced me to CrossFit in 2013 and since then I’ve really bought into the culture that group training fosters. I believe that strength and conditioning training in a group setting provides the means to continual and lasting dedication, which is why my brother and I started this gym. We hope to provide a venue where all members feel like they’re part of a family who all share similar fitness goals and are therefore dedicated to helping each other achieve them.
